Concept design establishment:

One hour of free consultation assessment is offered to discuss your design requirements, budget and to figure out the concept design for your landscape.

Our aim is to create a design that maximizes the unique potential of your property, we work with you to gain an understanding of your preferences and your family’s lifestyle. Our goal is to create a solution that matches the functions that your family needs.

This meeting can take place at your property, or at our office (through a final plan)- for under-construction houses.

Fees & Payment:  

Based on the consultation assessment our project coordinator will propose a design fee (hourly rating) according to the estimated time of your design.

Preliminary Design:

Once the fee is proposed and approved, a detailed study will be conducted taking into consideration:

• Design outlines during our consultancy meeting

• Measure topographical grading and site drainage patterns

• Follow developer design guidelines

• BCA and relevant codes

One or two plan solutions will be presented to you to review and add your touches.

Final detailed design:

After we gather all the information needed and get a final approval for your preliminary design sorted, we start preparing shop drawings for your design. 

We believe that detailed drawings with satisfactory instructions help to get accurate costing and provide clarity to all parties.
